She was my sounding board, my therapist, my life coach during a time that should have been joyous and exciting. There was a great deal of physical and emotional upheaval in the few months prior to my wedding. She would call or email me every few days just to see how I was doing. And it wasn’t just me she was genuinely worried about. She always asked about my parents, my daughter, and my relationship with my now husband. Karin went above and beyond what was necessary. ”Karin was by far the best decision we made!!! As soon as we picked out the venue for our reception, I really didnt have a clue where to start, working 2 jobs & living about 2 hrs away from the area, I knew I needed to find someone to help me. A friend of mine gave me a magazine called “Our Wedding Planner” & I came across an article that featured Karin & her business Cinderella4aday. After reading it, I went & checked out the website. I really felt that her website was very personable, so I gave her a call. As soon as I spoke with her I knew that she was the one! Karin made me feel comfortable instantly with her warm, down to earth personality. I totally loved her ENERGY! I hired Karin for day of services, but I have to say, she went above & beyond just being there for me on the day of my wedding. Karin helped me with everything from decor to selecting the the most amazing photographer & Dj!!!! My wedding was amazing, and Karin was a big part of making that happen. ”I hired Karin Hlywiak as my Day-of Wedding Coordinator after my husband and I had discussed with his brother all the things we had to do for our wedding. We thought we could cater the wedding ourselves, make all the decorations, and do all the decorating. My brother-in-law thought we were crazy. It turned out that hiring Karin was the best decision we made! Though we did make our centerpieces, favors, and faux cake, Karin took care of setting everything up and cleaning it up at the end of the night. She dealt with any last minute changes needed and even reminded me about my throw-away boquet, which I had forgotten. The decorations at the reception site were absolutely gorgeous with draped tulle and lights, garlands of leaves, pumpkins, guords and potted mums. Karin made sure my husband and I were happy and enjoying our party. She checked in with us throughout the night and even made up dessert plates for us so that we wouldn’t miss out on anything. She made sure the restaurant served warm apple cider for the cocktail hour and not boiled apple cider as well ensured the desserts were brought at the end of the evening instead of sitting out all night. She did such a good job and I don’t think the guests even knew she was there; she was so discreet and professional. Because of Karin my husband and I were able to relax at our rehearsal dinner the night before and enjoy our perfect reception. We couldn’t have been any happier.”-Jennifer Higgins |

”Considering all that happened in the few months before my wedding, you were more therapist then decorator. I can’t get over how wonderful you were! My one woman support team!! The deck was set up perfectly for the ceremony. Thank God the weather held up! And the ballroom was just picture perfect! Even better then I though it would be. Thank you so much for coordinating everything! It took all the stress and worry away from me. Don’t worry, I’ll be passing your name on!
