-Unlimited correspondence via phone & email
-Typically we will meet 4 to 6 times in person (Although I am flexible)
-We assist you with the Ceremony and reception site selection
-We will accompany you to view 3 to 4 reception sites, visit bridal shops to help you with the selection of your dress & your bridal party attire as well as attend the tastings!
-We help you with your budget & keep you within it, we am known to come in below budget quite often
Reception Site design
Do you have a vision of what you would like your wedding reception to look like, but dont know how to get it from being a vision in your mind to becoming real? Do you have nightmares about having a cookie-cutter wedding? Dont worry, we can help! Our team of stylists will use our creative imaginative ways to make your wedding unique and set your wedding apart form the rest.We will visit your site and create a design to fit in with the feel of the event space and your wedding theme. We keep track of where the gift table is to be set up, how your guests will flow through the space, what areas need to be decorated, and many other details. This ensures a tailored, well-coordinated style for your special day.

-Decorate the ceremony and reception site in detail

During the final weeks before the wedding, we will
-Create & circulate detailed time-lines of the wedding day to all necessary parties
-Make final arrangements with wedding professionals
-Confirm delivery dates, times, locations and services
-Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal
We visit the ceremony & the reception sites a few weeks prior to the wedding to sort out the final details with the on-site manager.
Event management
Our role the day of your wedding is to prevent & fix any problems that may arise during your event. This will give you peace of mind which will allow you to enjoy your wedding reception to the fullest without any worries. We want you to focus on enjoying your first hours of marriage among your family and friends. We will remain easily accessible to you and your new husband through the entire event in case there are any last minute details you’d like us to attend to on your behalf. We keep things in order and moving so you don’t have to!
At the end of the evening
We will pack up any of your personal items, and decor that you want to keep. We also make sure all of your gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car or hand it off to the person of your choice.

This package is designed for couples who need help bringing their vision to life, finding vendors, but really enjoy being involved in the planning process-does this sound like you?
Regular progress meetings & unlimited correspondence
Of course you’ll need some help along the way! We are always available by phone, text or email. Also, we plan a couple of meetings with you before your wedding day to address concerns, track planning progress, catch up on small details, and to get a better feel for your personal style. This can be done over lunch, coffee, dinner- you choose. We are flexible and love to do this!

Our extensive list of wedding professionals will certainly give you a great start! We have partnered with many of the wedding professionals in the area, they offer our brides exclusive discounts which will save you a nice chunk of money that you can use for your honeymoon or anything else you like!

Vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior to wedding:
Let’s face it – the last few weeks before your wedding will be hectic enough without having to double-check your vendors! We will make sure that everyone knows their part in your special day, we will go over your time-line & if there are any changes that need to be made we will take care of them
Attend & Direct the Wedding Rehearsal:
Let us help line up your wedding party and show them how it’s done! We also direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional.
Ceremony set-up:
We arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to display programs, set up a unity candle or other ceremony items, arrange pew decoration, and give your ushers a last-minute reminder of how to seat guests.
Reception set-up:
We will decorate your reception site! This may include placing favors at each setting, putting out table numbers, setting out place cards, displaying a guest book, decorating tables, or an assortment of many other different things!
Time-line:
We help create a basic time-line for all of the professionals to work off of. On the wedding day, we will ensure your time-line will be followed by the emcee and catering staff. This includes alerting your parents when it’s time for their special dances, steering you to the cake when it’s time to cut, and alerting the catering staff to pour champagne just before the toasts. We keep things in order and moving so you don’t have to!
Event management:

Day-of-the-wedding Coordination
Having anxiety? Worried that things are not going to go as planned on your day?
Do you want to make sure that nothing has slipped through the cracks in planning for your wedding day?
We can relieve a great deal of stress by implementing all of your plans, so you can sit back, relax & enjoy the festivities!
We will be there to oversee everything from the professionals to the smallest of details to make sure everything is picture perfect!
Included in our Day of Services Pkg:
On site coordination of the entire event from set up through breakdown
We ask for all of the contact information and copies of the professionals contracts in order to make sure we know what you are paying for and what you expect from each person that will be working your wedding.
Two weeks before your wedding we would follow up with all of the professionals for your day, provide them with our contact information, go over all of the details with them to make sure that they know exactly what you expect form them. We will also confirm what time they will be arriving & make sure that they have the correct address of the ceremony and or reception.
We create & circulate detailed time-lines of the wedding day to all necessary parties
Set-up of ceremony and reception sites
Supervision of all wedding professionals
Coordination of transportation for the wedding party
Cuing musicians during the ceremony, reception & grand entrance
Proper placement of place-cards, wedding favors, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, setting up the gift table, guest books and other displays
We make sure your most precious photos are not missed!
We will pack up any of your personal items, and decor that you want to keep. We also make sure all of your gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car or hand it off to the person of your choice.
In addition, you may use any items that we have available FREE of charge, ex: votive holders, lanterns, lights
-Every wedding is unique, and each couple has their own individual needs, therefore I do not have a standard price list. You can add or take away any services that you wish. Once I have an understanding of what your visions are, I will customize a package that will be perfect fit just for you!
